Robert S: Well whatever you use, whetehre its a Bodi-Tek Ab builder or an Ab rocket or ab belt or whatever else, you still gotta do cardio and strength training to reduce stomach fat. Even with something like this abdominal toning belt, it takes more work.

Seems that’s the name of their game, as well as working on abs, so one of those plus some kind of ab belt seems like it would give you a great combo for stomach fat burning exercises, the bodi tek ab builder we’re talking about seems too hit and miss and time consuming besides.
Anonymous: DEFINITELY think its cool that this system uses EMS. Still, it doesn’t seem as simple as just strapping on an ab belt, especially if you want to get in stomach fat burning exercises by running with it on. For less complexity, I like teh flex belt.
