Jason: So, Stomach fat burning exercises are just like, PIlates and cardio. or should I be doing crunches? I am thinking the P90X seems awesome but I am not that into machine usually, so I need to get more info.

kendra c: ok so i love the idea of a total body transformation, with p90x, but how much weight, on average, could you loose in 90 days. we;re talking more than just stomach fat here, its all over.

Cameron: while I really generally like working out with a DVD, I am reading more about ab belts before i get P90X or one more routine i wont actually use at home to get a flat belly and lose the stomach fat I have had for years. What do you do for exercise that you really, really like?

My stomach fat diet is most chicken and spinach and the bananas for basic “Dessert” I am researching the P90X workout and am hopeful I will get into a better exercise routine now that I have a focus and a simple plan. you have to have a plan and stay motivated i think.

Claire: All i know is that yoga is disc 4 of P90x. I never done yoga but have no problem giving it a shot. I think you have to do it all if you want the full results can’t just do a stomach fat workout plan/diet.

Geo888: DO you like, mix the chicken spinach banana in a smooothie? Sounds nasty. I seens some crazy concoctions n ot sure about that for a stomach fat diet. What do thy tell you to eat with P90x AND, can u also use an ab shocker too?

eeS_Lite: getting ripped with p90x would be this shizn*t. Am going to contribute that to drop the stomach fat I like to run, ellitpical, use an ab belt and diet with low carb and lots of brown rice and veg.

tiestheroomtogether: you can check the Nutrition plan on p90x site. But basically it’s a 3 phases kind of diet. 1st one is a high protein diet, phase 2 is an Energy Booster and phase 3, is called Endurance maximizer and its’ a mix of lean protein. low fat and complex. carbs

Anonymous: I have never tried a stomach fat diet or really exercised much. There is some that i like about the p 90 x and I want to get ripped.! tired of having that strong but puffy look you know what I mean?

Ty: BEen hearing a LOT about P90x for a long time and the consensus seems to be, its gonna work AS LONG AS YOU DO. CAn’t be lazy or complaining, just DO IT FOR the 90 days, and yeah, you praboly lose stomach fat, get toned arms, toned legs, stronger back, chest, everyhing. GONNA TAKE COMMITMEN! IF you not ready, sit back in your ab coaster and hope it melts that fat! :)

Mike: Well my guess would be that after 90 days of p90x you would look pretty good if you ACTUALLY follow the all the exercises and diet phases etc….

brettknowsbest: YAh, so, the whole idea behind muscle confusion, from what I understand, is that you never plateau. WIth the P90x system of stomach fat burning exercises, your body is just, like, constantly doing new moves so, i guess you supposed to get results fastr that way. It makes sense you know, every time I try & diet or start a new ab energizer workout routine, seems like i lose weight quick, o r feel stronger right away, but then it never changes. 90 days, seems like a long enough time for this to really make an impact o the body. AND these ppl who use it, sure look different. COol that its for everyone, not just an athlete or whatever, am totally STOKED about this program!

Greg: This is in reply to an earlier question. Overall u gotta commit to I would say an hour a day, for P90X. I’m thinking thats gonna be enough. DOn’t got time for more, maybe lke others said, jsut add in a stomach fat diet or whatever they tell you to eat, and then u can lose the weight maybe faster.

Sean: I cant stick to a stomach fat diet for anything. Do I need to cleanse or detox? Will that be difficult if I am keeping up w/ p90x workouts/ I want to learn and find a program that includes exercise and eating modications i can live with.

Vicki: yeah cleanses are a good idea but not really for weight loss, it’s more to get rid of waste and feel better……i am sure you can loose stomach fat on this p90x diet phases though. I hope so!

Ike: Cuz it ain’t that simple, hon. Too many of us are LAZY and eat fast food, skip the gym, eat food from a box as we sit i n front of a box. The concept , is simple, yeah. BUt in reality, it takes work & consistency, to get in shape and maintain the kind of physique you r after. Seems to me like, the P90x seems like a goo d starting point, get the body a complete overhaul, change your habits, start a stomach fat diet, what have you, and f you need an ab roller or ab belt to make life simpler, i say, do it.
