James U.: dude the weider 200 power tower looks like a lot of machine for 169 bucks! can you add weight to it? it may help with stomach fat that way.

S.Wells: Put an ab energizer on diff parts of yur body and get toned without worrying too much about stomach fat burning exercises until you wanna concentrate on that…shift that sucker AROUND, way better than the Weider 200 Power Tower.
