Pacey: it says you can use Weider Ab Shaper conveiently which is my big thing. I like a portable ab belt cause I travel and dont want to lose my momemtum if I am doing stomach fat exercise and diet I need a good machine to support my effort.

jasmine: hmm, well, but you still have to DO crunches with this, am i right? I like the idea of ab toning belts better, i think. something to do the crunch FOR me, like maybe a Flex belt. i’ve seen youtube videos and that looks pretty cool.
TonyButler: I don’t really see a whole lot of difference between the Weider Ab Shaper and the Ab roller, it’s all helping you to do a good solid crunch, which I happen to be totally sick of, looking at abdominal toners like the Flex Belt to help me get rid of some stomach fat and add some stomach muscles at the same time, enough of this on the floor stuff.

LaceyS: Oh, so the weider ab Shaper is basically a more expensive ab roller, thats all? IS it higher quality, and more portable at least? Need to know more. Am also intrigued by these abs belts for reducing stomach fat, that might be an easier way to go.
Sam O.: I don’t think eating less is the best stomach fat diet! I think, it’s all about eating well! I learned that from the south beach diet and i have to say it works. Add some cardio and some ab exercises and boom here is your flat tummy:) — Now the Weider ab shaper i am not so sure is for me. I am more of an outdoor person. Maybe a flex belt? Looks like ppl love it, but i don’t know. Need to check abs belt reviews first.
mike santiago: still seems like a lotta work to me, anything that like that ab flex or this weider ab shaper that makes you FEEL the stomach burning exercises does not sounds fun.
